The selected type of paper is resized to the desired box size, and the graphic design is applied to the surface of the metallized coated box.
Based on brand's preference, a matte or glossy lamination process is applied to coated boxes to achieve an elegant appearance and provide protection. Through this process, the coated boxes are coated with a thin, transparent film layer.
Upon request, foil stamping is applied to the coated box to highlight areas such as the logo, slogan in the graphic design. These desired sections are coated with gold, copper, or silver foil.
During cutting process, samples are taken from the products, and the folds and joints of the products are controlled. The finished carton boxes are sent to the shipping point, and the carton bags are sent to the gluing process.
The process applied to make the box more durable is called corrugation. Depending on the weight of the product to be packaged, the layers are applied to the corrugated sheet, completing the process.
