Fantasy Box

Fantasy boxes are made out of kraft paper, American Bristol paper, first-grade paper, or chrome paper and are used for the packaging of durable products. To enhance their strength, additional cardboard is applied to the bristol paper through a wrapping process that increases the thickness of the paper. The surface of the box can be produced with an optional matte or glossy leatherette layer using PVC. Fantasy boxes are more resistant to water and tearing compared to other box types.

They can be embellished with embossed varnish, gold foil, silver foil, or embossing applications. MKM Offset works with different sizes depending on the type of product and the brand's preference.

The selected type of paper is resized according to the desired size. It is then prepared for printing and processed, with the graphic design applied to the surface of the fancy box.
Based on brand's preference, a matte or glossy lamination process is applied to fancy boxes to provide both an elegant appearance and protection. Through this process, the fancy box is coated with a thin, transparent film layer.
Upon request, foil stamping is applied to the printed fancy box to highlight areas such as the logo, slogan in the graphic design. These desired sections are coated with gold, copper, or silver foil.
During cutting process, samples are taken from the products, and the folds and joints of the products are controlled. The finished carton boxes are sent to the shipping point, and the carton bags are sent to the gluing process.
Once the process is completed, fancy box products are trimmed and sized using a Guillotine Machine.
