Chosen type of paper is cut to the desired size. It is then prepared for printing and processed, with the graphic design applied to the surface of the printed cardboard box.
Depending on brand's preference, printed carton boxes are subjected to a matte or glossy lamination process to provide both an elegant appearance and protection. Through this process, carton boxes are coated with a thin, transparent film layer.
Upon request, foil stamping is applied to printed carton box to highlight areas such as the logo, slogan in the graphic design. These desired sections are coated with gold, copper, or silver foil.
Depending on brand's preference, embossing is applied to the surface of the printed cardboard box. The desired area to be highlighted on the outer surface is embossed inward or outward.
The completed process of the printed cardboard boxes is carried out by trimming and resizing them on the Guillotine Machine.
