First Grade Paper Bag

First-grade paper bags are produced from virgin pulp with a high cellulose content and low wood content, weighing 170 grams. They are frequently preferred for printing processes given their good opacity and surface smoothness. Since they are not subject to any additional process such as polymer coating, polishing, or lamination, first-grade paper bags are eco-friendly materials with high recycling rate. As the polishing process is not applied, the readability of logos and graphics printed on the surface of first-grade paper bags is higher compared to other types of bags.

Graphics printed on first-grade paper bags can be enhanced with processes such as gilding, embossing, or adding a window, and satin, grosgrain ribbon, jute, or cotton cords can be added to the bags. First-grade paper bags are produced in different sizes by MKM Offset upon brand's request.

The first-grade paper, sized to the requested dimensions, is prepared for printing and taken to the printing machine. The provided graphic design is applied to the surface of the American Bristol bag.
Depending on brand's preference, first-grade bags are coated with a matte or glossy lamination to provide both an elegant appearance and protection. The lamination gives the bags a sturdy matte finish or a vibrant glossy finish.
Upon request, gold, copper, or silver foil is applied to highlight desired elements such as logos, slogans in the graphic design of the first-grade bag through the process of hot stamping.
During the cutting process, samples are taken from the first-grade bags to control the folding and joining points of the products. Once the process is completed, the first-grade bags are sent for the gluing process.
The gluing process gives the product its final form. Then, a handle such as a string, ribbon is added, and the first-grade bag is prepared for shipment.
